Start the day with an energy boost from this fruity smoothie. It’s a great option if you’re not into heavy breakfasts or want something healthy while you’re on the move.
Breakfast SmoothieIngredients
- 250ml milk or soy milk
- 200ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 tbsp. whey or soy protein powder
- 30ml Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
