Vitamin C SmoothieIngredients
- 200g fresh blackberries or a mix of blackberries and blueberries
- 600ml /1pt sweetened soya milk,
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsps of runny honey
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a liquidiser or food processor until smooth and frothy.
